About Our Guest Speaker
Todd graduated from Brigham Young University in 1984 with bachelors degree in history. Additionally, he graduated from Idaho state university in 1989 with a masters degree in athletic administration.
Todd taught high school and coached a variety of sports, and started his officiating career in 1990. He was privileged to work 4 state championship games in Idaho before moving east with his family.
Since 1993, Todd has been officiating college football and has officiated at the collegiate level in Pennsylvania and the northeast since 1997. During that time he has worked 4 NCAA playoff games, as well as a Pennsylvania high school state championship.
Todd is married to Dawn since 1984, and together they have 4 children.
