Penn State football’s defensive line is going into its own

Trailing 24-21 on fourth-and-23, Ohio State faced a do-or-die scenario against Penn State at its own 29-yard line with 1:07 left in the fourth quarter.

With the white out crowd at Beaver Stadium roaring, quarterback J.T. Barrett stepped up in the pocket and looked downfield for an open receiver. Before he could find one, however, the Heisman Trophy candidate was swarmed by the four-man rush of the Nittany Lions defensive line and sacked. The Buckeyes turned the ball over on downs, and the Lions offense kneeled out the win.
