About the State College Quarterback Club
The State College Quarterback Club has been in existence on a formal basis since 1941. The club is the “official” booster club for the Pennsylvania State University Football Team and our primary purpose is to provide scholarship assistance through the University’s Athletic Department, via The State College Quarterback Club Academic Enhancement Fund for Football, as well as to host the annual Penn State Football Banquet.
The club solicits memberships every year, in conjunction with corporate sponsorships, to raise monies to fund both the Football Banquet and the Academic Enhancement Fund for Football. Membership to the State College Quarterback Club provides members with the opportunity to attend weekly luncheons, hosted by the club, where two guest players from the team, Coach James Franklin, or another member of the coaching staff are the featured speakers. Parking passes are also provided as a benefit to our members.
